Submission form

All submitted abstracts are subject to a peer review process. Accepted abstracts have to be presented in guided poster sessions. You may decide to compete for a short talk presentation (30 available slots). In case your abstract is not accepted, you may cancel your registration free of charge. If your abstract is accepted but not selected for a short talk presentation this does not apply.

If your abstract is accepted, you will be provided with a 1m (width) x 1.5m (height) bulletin board for your poster. There will be two poster sessions taking place during congress: Poster session I on Thursday, May 27, 2010 and poster session II on Friday, May 28, 2010. You poster will be visited during one of the sessions.

All accepted abstracts will be printed in the program book, which all registrants receive upon arrival at the registration site.

If your abstract is additionally selected for oral presentation you will be given the chance to present the data in short talk session I - III on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 or in session IV - VI on Thursday, May 27, 2010. Speakers will have 10 minutes for presentation and additional 5 minutes for discussion.

You will be notified by May 04, 2010, regarding the status of your abstract. Since you must be a paid registrant of the symposium in order to present your abstract at the meeting, we will reserve one place for each accepted abstract presentation. We recommend early registration to the meeting for additional participants from your group/institution.

If you have not already registered for this meeting, you can do it here.
