Explanation about the use of links to other homepages

According to article 5, paragraph 1 of the German Telecommunication Law (TDG) from July 22nd, 1997, The Association for Cancer Immunotherapy, as the contents provider, is responsible according to general law for the contents that are made available for downloading. These contents are to be differentiated from references (links) to contents provided by others.

The Association for Cancer Immunotherapy is only responsible when there is notice of contents (i.e. contents liable to prosecution) and it is possible and reasonable to prevent their use (Article 5, paragraph 2 TDG).
