Charitable Donations any amount

Supports the general educational objectives and initiatives of CIMT. Supporter will receive acknowledgement through listing as “General Supporter” on promotional material including programs, event signs and CIMT website.

Website Development any amount

Ongoing enhancements include European Cancer Immunotherapy specialist address database, board, member and award winner profiles, society documents, accomplishments, news and calendar of events. Supporter acknowledged through placement of name, logo and link from logo to website of supporter’s choice on CIMT general web pages.

Young Investigator Awards

The association for Cancer Immunotherapy is searching for support to establish a Young Investigator Award. The award would be presented to a young investigator selected by excellence in abstract and oral presentation at the 8th Annual Meeting. Supporter will receive acknowledgement in all promotional material for the awards, including the CIMT website, meeting programs and onsite signs.

Specific Support for the CIMT working groups

The CIMT Immunoguiding Program (CIP) and the CIMT Regulatory Research Group are targeting important issues and are driving forces in the field of cancer immunotherapy. Further funding will enable new projects to be initiated. Supporter will receive acknowledgement in all promotional material for the awards, including the CIMT website, meeting programs and onsite signs. Direct access to the working group board members will be arranged.

Guided Poster Sessions (950,- €)

The CIMT Guided Poster Sessions are a central part of the Annual Meeting. Supporters receive acknowledgement by mentioning in the program (printed and online): ´… 2010 Guided Poster Session supported by XY´. Daily Lunches (800,- €)

High class lunch will be provided to all attendees. Supporter receives acknowledgment through nonproduct related signs within lunch area and on CIMT signs and programs. For further information please contact the CIMT office.

Conference Bags (1500,- €)

Distributed to all meeting attendees. Bag contains all onsite program materials. Supporter will be recognized by printing of their name or logo on the conference bag. For further information please contact the CIMT office.

Badge Lanyards (800,- €)

Distributed to all meeting attendees for display of name badge throughout meeting. Supporter receives acknowledgement through placement of name or logo on lanyards. For further information please contact the CIMT office.

Writing pad (1000,- €)

Writing pad distributed to all meeting attendees. Supporter will be recognized by printing of their name or on the writing pad. For further information please contact the CIMT office.

Conference Bag Inserts (700,- €)
